When the manufacturer’s warranty expired, Blue Chip offered to take over the support of the IBM mid range system as part of an existing SLA to support their Intel infrastructure. Blue Chip now offer support for the entire infrastructure for Lakeland, including support to Pritchett’s in Northern Ireland as well as the other remote Lakeland offices.
