David Walsh - Business Systems Director
David’s introduction to IT started in the engineering sector, as an apprentice draughtsman, where he was exposed to many software and design applications throughout his training. It was this experience which influenced his decision to change his career and focus on becoming an IT engineer, where David’s career started in CDSoft.
Over the past decade, David has become a technical expert in the field of software and hardware developments, leading him to become Ireland’s first qualified Intel solutions consultant. In 2006, CDSoft launched their Solutions division, which is directed and managed by David. The Solutions department focus on consulting services in CRM, Accounting, Payroll, SharePoint and the medical & dental industry.
David is qualified in consulting, installation and training in SuperOffice CRM, Sage 50, 200, Micropay, Quickpay, Tab Practice Management and Schick digital x-ray equipment.
In his spare time, David can normally be found on or under the water. As a keen water enthusiast, David has qualified as a PADI rescue diver and is on his way to becoming a Dive Master. He also enjoys canoeing and surfing, photography and he is an avid rugby supporter. David resides in Kildare with his wife and their 6 month old son.
